In the Mediterranean Epic, performance is not only determined by power and skill but also by the ability to recover after every stage. Each day demands an intense physical effort, and starting the next one with fresh legs can make a real difference. For cyclists who prioritize complete restoration, we created the MASQUEBICI 45-minute Massage Service, offering longer and more comprehensive recovery sessions throughout the event.
Our team of physiotherapists and sports massage specialists will accompany you for the entire race, adapting each treatment to the muscular load and needs of each day. Before every stage, you’ll receive a warm-up and activation massage focused on improving circulation, preparing the muscles and reducing stiffness. This phase includes heat creams, specialized oils and the preS products from Weapon to Win (W2W), developed to optimize pre-effort performance.
After each stage, you will enjoy the core of this service: a 40–45 minute recovery massage, aimed at muscle regeneration, drainage and toxin elimination. This treatment helps reduce fatigue, promote freshness and restore strength for the following day. During this phase we apply the Srec products from W2W, specifically formulated to enhance post-effort recovery.
The service includes everything required to ensure optimal physical condition: heat and cold creams, kinesiotape, functional taping and any technique the therapist considers necessary according to your physical condition. Because every cyclist responds differently to effort, each session is fully personalized.
The service begins the day before the first stage, with the first muscle activation treatment, and ends after the final stage of the Mediterranean Epic. As this service depends on race dynamics, schedule and availability may be adjusted depending on event circumstances.
Due to logistical demands, the price of this service will increase by €20 starting January 1st, 2026. To secure availability and keep the current price, we recommend booking in advance.
